THE BOATS
Below are photographs of vessels of Ardglass and nearby harbours. There are many families in Ardglass who have owned boats for many years. There was also a great influx of visiting vessels during the herring season. Every boat has a registration mark which traces it back to its home port. Ardglass boats are generally registered 'B' for Belfast or 'N' for Newry.
